Good work environment and culture.company policies are good , appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issue.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The work is very interesting, we work on high level electrical products that are exported which is fulfiling. The employee culture is friendly and encourages you to ask for help from your teammates and managers. The HR focuses on skill development as well.

The company recently went from a 6 day workweek to a 5.5 day workweek which is good, but we could be better and go to a 5 day workweek.
