Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

No salary increase after two or three years, in juma al majid salary average not good salary, otherwise company is top in gulf country

I work in watches division, working with Iqbal sir is like a dream, he is asset of the company, I learn a lot from him. Hope that I will work with him again InshaAllah. Company environment and policies are also on the top.

Best company to start carrier in gulf countries. Personally I feel settled & secure. Management is very supportive. Nice work culture. Company follows thier own code of conducts which benefits both employee and company.

Dislikes

Need to improve employee specific activities like sports, cultural events in camps.
