Nothing to like, adarsh Jhunjhunwala is a liar, all the directors are liar, they never give salary on time, they only knows how to make people fool. Don't ruin your life joining these company - ACPL, JCPL,JSB, JUD, BEST CEMENT, UD GROUP

Office is in anil plaza. Management is very poor Doesn't give salary on time. Takes 2-3months usually. Timely salary for new joninee to amuse them. No guidance from seniors, nothing at all. Liers all around in finance department making false promises. No work structure, HR is strict. Promote only HR members and bargain so well with other departments. Standards changes every day. CMD seems a good visionary but his right hand and left hand is eating him up.

Delay salary and other intail facilities .management only required your work doesn't care on other your personal basics requirement .

Company turnover is very good. Job security is good.

Dislikes

Company position is not well. Salary is not timely. Environment is not well.company worker and contractor is in the strike in within 10 days. And all reason is salary pending so long times.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
