good work environment, Culture is not good because of seniors are not support you. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are excellent, i'm a contract signed employ which have not good salray structure.

Senior member doesn't support you, politics, work presure on juniors, salary hike is not good if you have contract worker

I'm going jubilant life science as a trainee chemist but there are no work as a chemist because i doing cover in packing area so I'm not satisfied

It was closer to my residence and compqny transportation was available.

....no work life balance...no team outings and trainings..Very strict attendance...No parity in salary..they also follow do as I say not as I do kind of culture.

System and procedure are made to reduce company growth... top management having no vision for company Some functions head in top management making policy and practice procedure to satisfy there ego... nobody listens to lower management....join only if you are jobless

...is transparent. There is a huge cafearia and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fail and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not giving to new Joinees.
