The initial compensation is good.

The company lags leadership. The problem is that senior management and heads don't work and blame their managers for everything. Due to man power constraint, all the workers are in pressure. Factory people are rude and don't take accountability. More than that, the market image of the company is very bad. The speciality chemical business is very small. The hike per year is 8-12% Max, which is far lower that industrial standard.

I have nave seen dely in salary payment every month which is one of the Jubilee factor in Jubilant

Now it seems higher management is more from consulting companies so they are working more on cost cutting. It applies to employees also so it is causing the fear of loosing job

Working atmosphere, load of work, life balancing factor not possible, eligation unofficially work and bad behaviour. Working time not fix no support, not listing below catagory, associate director above level can survive.

There is very bed working culture. Senior always play politics with junior. And also blackmail me by termination letter. HR of jubilant ingrevia involves in this type of politics. I an working in Gagraula R&D department from last two year. Finally I will say that Jubilant ingrevia is not good for working culture.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
