First of all please before coming to this savli plant please confirm the plant because there are two different plant one is of Jubilant industry and ingreviva if you are getting jon in ingrevia then you are most welcome but in industry plant please dont come your life completely change you will cry. Very poor company unit head to manager everyone only want production they are bypassing safety of the plant for there work. The increment will also be very terrible they are not giving increment more than 2% percent some time it will also be not provided. In total there will be no growth of the individual. You will do hardwork but your hardwork will not be appreciated and the unit head and manager will get there hike and you will cry.

The management is very poor, your growth will also be very poor, salary structure is very poor only it have name of Jubilant other than that it is worst company you will not get proper food facility and other facility which individual want.

It's ok, it gives more benefit to all employees and provide salary on time also,

There is a lot of politics and the management don't address our issue. No increment in financial year 2019 to 2020. Give minimum increment on next year also

The best part of working at Jubilant was the independence which was given to its employees. All the business heads were extremely coordial and easily approachable.

Dislikes

Worst part would be huge disparity in pay package. And at times the atmosphere which was given, made the employees a bit lethargic

The company is best for everyone skills and knowledge open to all departments. I come to this company so good works and skills development in company's

The work time in don't other work. Senior person I respect they are not abuse talk. So working properly is no good and I don't work without safety PPE,s so work is best success and Safe itself .i work with experience senior person.
