Reduce working hours of insider team members as they get salary only on depends their working hours. Days when sale goes down , company says reduce team working hours. So that PNL will be managed.

Company doesn't give any value to the high potential employees. Only you will find Micro management and maximum benefits given to Corporate employees. 6. Every job responsibility will be assigned to you with out any support and Managers expect to complete the activity Same day.
