Customer relationship best but not work life balance and not suitable work Many work, multiple work all over station balance for customer satisfaction.... That's very bad... Other things are very big amount sales target that only one point customer unhappy and store not handle clearly gdm Because sale pressure😖... Ground level big problem that are team member hiring, salling, oddities fase for cleaning.... Dhat are big chhalanging... Than last little bit request all ground level employees for room and one time working day tifine so all are very happy😊😊😊😊😊 please🙏 Iam ex employees at domino's pizza store I'd:dp66646 , berhampur employees I'd:990604 flexA3 so that regarding those are consorn.... ...different. Ekk din joh parr he nahe auga bina btaye resign accept ho yaa nahe...there are soo many other companies who give better environment nd good salary nd lots of staff..... Domino's mei staff kamm hai nd safai wale bhe nahe hai. I can't work anymore 😭😔😭😔

1. Poor Management 2. Bad working culture and infrastructure 3. Corporate people are not cooperative & supportive 4. Company never thinks about the well-being of the employee 5. Company doesn't give any value to the high potential employees. Only you will find Micro management and maximum benefits given to Corporate employees. 6. Every job responsibility will be assigned to you with out any support and Managers expect to complete the activity Same day.
