Jubilant management will not be ablento run any other food brand. They believe in complex situations .They don't like simplicity . Everyone try to please their bosses . They don't do what is right they do what boss want . One approach for all challenges. Their typical management style can run any good brand . Humein kya Kiya Tune kya kiya Jyada time unnecessary data mai spend karte h . Yai kam kyun h yai jyada kyun h Menu ki ma behan ek ker dete h last mai customers confuse ho jata h hum innke pass kyun jaaye . Last but not the least add on k picche mat bahago Itne data nikaalte ho ek yai bhi nikalo ki add on bech k kitna kamaya. They were good for Domino's and did well but every brand is different and now time and customers are also different. Don't force customers to buy your newly launched product. No Support at ground level. Never ending staffing issue. No respect. Delivery boy absent no company control on them. Only they make finger on you as cluster manager what you did for any issues which they also know that it's not in your hand. Your Kra Depends on irresponsible delivery boys who bunk without any information. You have to work more than 11 hrs and even after going home or on weekly off they ask you join meet. They use you till your numbers are good . This company is not for experience and good educated people.

...odworks is typically an indian company who is surviving by the brand "Dominos" . The only positive thing over here is timely salary remittance.

No work life balance Worst increment cycle (Apr-Mar) but they will assess only July-March No clarity between management and HR HR and Admin sleeping beauties Big perks and appreciations only to the higher management

Reduce working hours of insider team members as they get salary only on depends their working hours. Days when sale goes down , company says reduce team working hours. So that PNL will be managed.
