...is company assistant manager. This is my career and company given career growth. Coming salary company have more salary structure, it have more HR policy to help us. I really enjoyed my job in this company.

There is nothing to like about the company apart from the fact that it is a house of big brands.

...e is not respected at all. One is expected to work 7days without any complaints. The compensation for the same is nil. 2) The HR department is very inactive and apathetic to the needs of the employees. As a result there is no department to monitor and aid employee well-being. It is so mismanaged that an employee isn't even aware of their KRAs and goal filling takes place in the year end. No discussions take place when rating an employee. 3) The company doesn't give the role promised during recruitment. 4) Compensation is low compared to peers. 5) Support functions like Finance are non-cooperative. 6) Peer group is not good. 7) You will not have any freedom to do your work. It is supremely hierarchical where you blindly follow orders but bear the brunt of failure. 8) So many cons that one would get tired of listing. In short it is an dishonest company which is a bad career choice.

...odworks is typically an indian company who is surviving by the brand "Dominos" . The only positive thing over here is timely salary remittance.

No work life balance Worst increment cycle (Apr-Mar) but they will assess only July-March No clarity between management and HR HR and Admin sleeping beauties Big perks and appreciations only to the higher management

The only best thing about company is salary on time apart from that u have to work 12 to 14 hr a day and Handel a lot of pressure for top management if you are not giving extra time u r not fit for your job
