Every job responsibility will be assigned to you with out any support and Managers expect to complete the activity Same day.

Reduce working hours of insider team members as they get salary only on depends their working hours. Days when sale goes down , company says reduce team working hours. So that PNL will be managed.

I joined this brand wita a lot of expectations but when I start working I find lot of loop fall which hurt me alot. Here no one admire your work ability even the promotion done with partiality. Even company making me fool by not providing ank kind of CCA. when my home distance are approx 180 km from my job location
