Company work culture is good. Shifts make the work timings bit more better. Cabs are provided for shift employees, which makes commute better.

...r is not great. The hike given to the beginners and freshers are too low here. Salary for all grades are not upto the mark.

You will learn a lot. Not just about organic chemistry but about different people and their mentalities as well.

No work life balance. Salary structure was too low. Weekends are off but you will be forcely worked on Saturdays and in my case even on some sundays.

Employee friendly environment and security of job is also good, company policies are also good compared to other companies.They encourage employees by giving awards, and they will organise some games to relax, and some functions to get together.special lunch, tem lunch, some gifts to employees for festival, and fo r women's day special.

The salary hike is the only dislike, they won't offer good salaries

...ike a 3 years experienced person, so harassment by senior's teammates were good. Transportation ok, very less salary.

More work less payment if you compare other pharma company. They are Taking fresher as a trainee paying less money, No proper training for fresher.
