Company work culture is good. Shifts make the work timings bit more better. Cabs are provided for shift employees, which makes commute better.

You will learn a lot. Not just about organic chemistry but about different people and their mentalities as well.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Salary structure was too low. Weekends are off but you will be forcely worked on Saturdays and in my case even on some sundays.

There is no learning, no career opportunity growth, no work management planning, no training program for work related skill development and no chance of get promoted because seniors are stable with this organisation and working with organisation for more than 15 years so due to which juniors are not getting chance to build career here.
