Company work culture is good. Shifts make the work timings bit more better. Cabs are provided for shift employees, which makes commute better.

...r is not great. The hike given to the beginners and freshers are too low here. Salary for all grades are not upto the mark.

You will learn a lot. Not just about organic chemistry but about different people and their mentalities as well.

No work life balance. Salary structure was too low. Weekends are off but you will be forcely worked on Saturdays and in my case even on some sundays.

Poor leadership. Control of HR for everything No value for talented people Promotion of sycophancy and buttering people

Dislikes are more than the likes from my side. There is no learning, no career opportunity growth, no work management planning, no training program for work related skill development and no chance of get promoted because seniors are stable with this organisation and working with organisation for more than 15 years so due to which juniors are not getting chance to build career here.

Company policies are good. Since Present days company completely got good changes like painting . sefty .Maintanence etc ..I'm honour to working here..

as per the contract employes they are getting low basic salary .these days All basic prices are hiked ..if hikes contract basic salary its very helpfull,thank you
