Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Is an international company, they have very good structure and infrastructure, technology and also they are paying salary on time.

Dislikes

Their open time of work is very early in the morning, their incentive is very poor compare to other companies. They're reducting our salary if we come let to office, one minute let is two hour reduction which is not good to our staff. Every staff knows this and they are always complaining about this issue of salary reduction.
