Its really a great place to work. Job security, work life balance. Work culture is good but still need to improve.

Dislikes

Appraisal and promotion is not at all good for the cubicle employees. No employee benefits and bonus. No growth and skill development.

This is a good platform for job seekers .in this company 1st they teach you how to do work we can say good training for freshers 100% job security with good salary and TADA but negative thing is that they are not giving payslips and other transaction details of your credited ammount of JU so they have to give transation details ..

A very good company to work with. Still JU Agri is emerging and establishing system process. Promotors are very good who empower to perform.

Dislikes

Culture is the major concern as it is not cultivated systematically and that is the reason that older employees think that whatever they are doing that is the only working culture. A lot of improvement is required to dilute the red tapism culture.

I like the most is my team which is very supportive and helping. If you have any query or problem you may ask to any of the member they will guide you the best.

As comparison to other companies the expense is lil less.

The work life balance is good the environment is positive The upper management is very nice and cooperative

The appraisal are not that good according to the industry the salary packages are not up to the mark
