...y is very good for a fresher because it's so much to learn in this organisation.The thing that I liked the most is the company's environment and training programmes and the salary is also good for the fresher.

Dislikes

Security of job for trainees is not sure as they hire for specific periods for fresher.

...ere is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policy are nice.Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the managemant doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Teammates were good, Awesome training managements, salary was perfect according to work, no politics and no outside organisations were invoked in this organisation, work environment was safe, culture of doing work was tremendously Good. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
