Company practices are very good with adequate opportunities to learn however work culture is deteriorate from past 2 years also compensation as compare to market not good. HOD are very selfish.

Dislikes

Salary poor and Gossip atmosphere. Not treating employees with equal measures and not giving adequate time to subordinate to groom them.

...ere is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policy are nice.Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the managemant doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Teammates were good, Awesome training managements, salary was perfect according to work, no politics and no outside organisations were invoked in this organisation, work environment was safe, culture of doing work was tremendously Good.
