Facility zero. Salary less as compared to fresher. Fresher salary from tier 2 and 1 college high. But 5 year experience employee salary less . Politics and poor management system.

Exposure to expansion projects and international exposure during commissioning and a lot of learning, practical work, support from bosses to try new things. If you are willing to take load and perform there is no shortage of work.

Low Salary, Low Work Life Balance, and extreme work pressure

-Work pressure is high. -Very high Salary and compensation difference on basis of Colleges. - Work pressure is high, for juniors, and seniors not giving proper Appraisals to the deserved. -Office politics is very high.

There are so many salary slab gaps increment and appraisal are not good if your are in jsw then there are partiality for other company employees who has been now became a jsw employee but salary difference is very much between them.
