Standard accomodation facilities for employees not available being a remote location.
Empowerment is less to employees.
Senior Management Team is very poor.
Management is bious in each and every aspect.
Nobody cares about lateral hires all focous is to please GETs.
No standard salary structure. No importance of experience in appresel. Just balancing the rating. Once you got outstanding, next you will get very good rating whatever performance you do.
Salary will be credited on the last day of the previous month, Nothing else
Lot of knowledge about process and technical can be learnt. Freedom to work on machines
Very biased HR policies
No recognition for technical jobs
Poor salary package
Poor in hikes and promotion
Lot of Manager/ Boss dependent factors
Politics done by local people who joined by recommendation/other illegal sources
Administrative policy about residential allotment. They have their own decision. And HR policy about salary deduction. They have added production incentive in CTC and they have right to deduct if accident happens in the campus. and deduction collected from employees not uses to componsiate any employee whose affected in accident.

In the initial days after project completion we get project completion bonus
Dislikes
Restricted manpower, parents health insurance we need to pay extra, incentive cutting for any fatal within the plant, too much transport charges even for traveling from the township
