... less than the Market standards and hike is 7-8% max. HR policies are too worst. You cannot make the tax planning also, even if you update the flexi compensation, you will receive the salary as per original CTC. There are no learning platforms for finance ppl and technical dept too. The plant location is in rural area where you can't find anything for resting, cafeteria, or not even a good hotel. No gym, no games room, no cafeteria, no team outings., they just need their work done.

Associate employee they are giving salary to low feedback they are not accepted suggestions are accepted depend upon skill level only

Over all is good but covid-19 salary get 50% work from customer support is good, almost 500-700 customer contact collect it follow up customer 350-400, direct sales, construction sales field work, competition is hard but work my best thats all thank you sir.

There is good work environment and culture. Job is well as employee in this company but Job security is very poor under contracutal, company policies are good,

There is a lot of politics , salary is decent but career growth is very slow under contracutal and is very difficult but before in this covid 19 pandemic I am in village and no hope for this work due to long leave
