Working in JSW Steel (dolvi) gives these positive experiences to me: **From GET period, they will give you important role as u become the shift incharge without any training or experience. **U can consider there is some job securities because company don't fire employees generally. **Company is targeting to run the plant in automation as much possible. **There is always buses available for every routes, employees can enjoy this without any price.

...ays starts late, for ex B shifts end at 10 pm but bus will departure at 11 pm. **Salary is not upto the mark as the company is making profit or the TATA is giving to their employees. **Very less manpower is provided, sometimes it becomes hectic to manage all things. **Canteen' s food is not good also the breakfast (snaks, tea) which is served frequently is not healthy and eatable. **No job rotation is there, people like me feels boring to do same job. There should be internal job rotation for learning other areas. **Shift rotation happens for shift people with only one week off, which is not good. **In nutshell company is more production friendly and less employee friendly.

Huge salary gap between diploma engineers and graduate engineers, the only thing I dislike. Otherwise JSW steel is top notch career choice.

Promotion based on reporting manager or hod favorites, hike is very less and for others fault in case of any death happens then production incentive for all other employees is deducted for that month and if more than three such incidents occurs then for the whole year they will not give incentive amount.
