There are so many salary slab gaps increment and appraisal are not good if your are in jsw then there are partiality for other company employees who has been now became a jsw employee but salary difference is very much between them.

One of the worst company...they buy great place to work certificate...only local persons are happy because of union otherwise no one is happy

Want to take care of employees from last 12 years not getting salary more than 50000 has to be take care from higher authority

Dislikes

The compensation is not good. They include Production incentive and bonus in CTC and salary. If any accident occurs in plant they cut incentive in salary for above L7 grade of all employees of their month . There is deductions in every month of salary.

Teammate are supportive and work environment culture is good and also salary hike is a annual basis are fantastic as your performance rating. and there is a job security good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of pollution inside plant which is not good for health and Hr work process is too much slow.
