Company salary package is too much poor. Here's no future. Nowadays no job opportunities in our India. So jsw takes benefits of workers. I think thisis not fair. Company should think about worker life

There are so many salary slab gaps increment and appraisal are not good if your are in jsw then there are partiality for other company employees who has been now became a jsw employee but salary difference is very much between them.
