...when I joined the company I had great expectations but work culture is not good. No overtime counted so don't expect any extra salary but be ready to get your salary deducted for n number of reasons which are being introduced by management every now and then. Even during corona the employees suffering from CoROna had to apply leave to get paid otherwise it was leaves without payment. There was no compensation from company ( But they did provide free hospital ( basic )service at their hospital .

As a fresher u will get lots of opportunities to learn and responsibilities will be given to every single personal. U can groom ur self as aa you want . Work environment is good and supportive team members are there .

Dislikes

No salary hikes , lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issue . Training system which should be given to every new joiner is very poor.

Worst, total monopoly in everything, unnecessarily 12hrs duty, no increments, no salary revision, no incentive if anyone dies inside the whole plant, bonus is included in ctc, too much hierarchy.

The only thing which is ok about the company is, salary gets credited on time and rest all things are worst.

...t much scope to grow. One can't expect a promotion within 5 years of experience.Salary package is way less than other companies. Overall personality development is also not possible in this company. Employees below manager level do not get good perks or benefits and are not given much importance by the higher management.
