...t much scope to grow. One can't expect a promotion within 5 years of experience.Salary package is way less than other companies. Overall personality development is also not possible in this company. Employees below manager level do not get good perks or benefits and are not given much importance by the higher management.

while training period they treat well. Salary gets credited on time.

Dislikes

A lot of things but I will explain only few - very poor work culture, no transparency, no respect of employees, junior employees are treated as labours, no personal growth, work environment is very dangerous, they scrape employee favourable policies, no family accommodations except false promises, sycophancy is at its peak, rarely any action on your complains, most of the things are either for namesake or to show off, good at deducting your salary (baniya company), rarely relevant job in terms of your respective discipline.. Good for AGM and above post................

The company has 3 township to accommodate their employees. Life at township is good, though the company is located in a very remote area you will not feel like you are in one.

Dislikes

...per way of appraising people. No transparency in appraisal. Growth is very slow. Salary in this company is not in par with other steel makers across India. Located in a very remote area so transportation will be a problem.

Lovely company township for accommodation with joyful facilities.

Compensation is decent comparing to other steel industries.The work pressure is very high.sometimes u have to work overtime no compensation for that.Managers do not value individual skill.

Excellent organization to learn the different things. But HR policies are worst fo the working people and no benifits for workers. Top management is not working getting high benifits, but lower management people are hard working but getting less benifits.

...not working but sole sitting and going. Management is not taking serious action. But lower management people are hard working and getting less salary and benifits.
