A lot of things but I will explain only few - very poor work culture, no transparency, no respect of employees, junior employees are treated as labours, no personal growth, work environment is very dangerous, they scrape employee favourable policies, no family accommodations except false promises, sycophancy is at its peak, rarely any action on your complains, most of the things are either for namesake or to show off, good at deducting your salary (baniya company), rarely relevant job in terms of your respective discipline.. Even I am electrical engineer I was compelled to do boiler operation initially for one year. After a number of requests I have been deputed to electrical maintenance. I am looking after complete electrical maintenance of plant.

From Outside, The JSW Steel Limited seems a very big company. But when you join the company you will regret about your decision. You will not get good compensation about your work.The work which will you do here is absolutely of no Knowledge. You can't switch the job when you enter inside this company. As it is a steel plant, You will face lot of dust inside the plant.
