If you join as a GET, you will get industry standard or slightly more salary. You will be given Assistant manager post after probation period (but this is just to retain you).

No work-life balance, need to work in shifts which leads to health issues in the long run, you will be exposed to pollution, sound, heat, dust etc., no facility of food at concession and the food you will get in canteen will be of very low quality (made for labours to do heavy jobs, full of carbs), even after working very hard giving sweat and blood you will not get good grades for promotion like very good or excellent or outstanding and you will be stuck at the same position for years, you will have to work extra hours without any extra benefit, you will get weekly off just one day and that to in weekdays.

JSW operator's salary is very low so that the operator can fulfill the needs of himself or his family, if any time comes for his family then he has to depend on EPF or loan. 🙏
