Job security is bad you’ll be forced to violate the safety while physically carrying out the job but on paper you will be forced show you have taken all the precautions, any fatal you are terminated. And if you do not follow the above verbal instructions then you will consider as non competent person and gets the D grade in appraisal, if you get two in a row you are out. 4.
