Low salary and perks No free food. Recent leave policy is terrible Management ban mobile which is like sending employees life back in stone age Poor work life balance. Worst HR always finds out new ideas to deduct salary and benefits.

There are so many salary slab gaps increment and appraisal are not good if your are in jsw then there are partiality for other company employees who has been now became a jsw employee but salary difference is very much between them.
