No standard salary structure. No importance of experience in appresel. Just balancing the rating. Once you got outstanding, next you will get very good rating whatever performance you do.

1. HR people are not supportive. They don't help rather troubles a lot. 2. No perks other than salary. 3. Overtime working 4. No benefit sharing 5. No training and development.

Administrative policy about residential allotment. They have their own decision. And HR policy about salary deduction. They have added production incentive in CTC and they have right to deduct if accident happens in the campus. and deduction collected from employees not uses to componsiate any employee whose affected in accident.
