Promotion based on reporting manager or hod favorites, hike is very less and for others fault in case of any death happens then production incentive for all other employees is deducted for that month and if more than three such incidents occurs then for the whole year they will not give incentive amount.

No standard salary structure. No importance of experience in appresel. Just balancing the rating. Once you got outstanding, next you will get very good rating whatever performance you do.

If anyone joined here as a fresher then salary is very less. Person who's having almost 10 years will get 7 to 8 LPA. But if anyone joins here with atleast one year experience they can get more salary than 9 to 10 years experienced persons within 3 to 4 years. Not suggestible for long period. No job for well educated spouse.

They don't reveal the original salary structure during the joining period. Once you joined u will be get to know that the take home salary is much lesser than what is told you during joining time. The factor is PI, they will told you u will get your PI monthly but actually it's not paid here. So who will be want to join JSW please ensure the PI factor during salary negotiation.
