1)Toxic work culture 2)Worst for Civil Quantity Surveyors- Zero learning and mostly we won't be doing any quantity surveying work we need to just dump data from tekla extracted quantities in Excel and claim bill and will be loaded with more than 4-5 sites across india 3)QS head is the worst he just blames you infront of top management. 4)Don't fall for JSW name this company is really not professionals if you can put mails for all the small work from within or outside the company in the name of mere follow-ups than actual working it will suit you

Worst in management and best in polictics. Management don't know how to treat their employees and give more preference to the contract basis . No good appraisal for the people who work hard and No corporate culture ,people are narrow minded. Skills cannot be developed . Partiality is the best thing people can see in JSSL . The language HR management use to their employees is very worst .. Especially women's are treated worst they don't know how to speak their employees..They never treat their employees has asset of organization.
