Working Hours - Strict, micromanaged Salary. - Below Average, in hand is very low (pls check thoroughly) Flexibility - Doesn't exist Managers - Just there for own survival. Will throw you if u need help Head Of Engineering - Worst in the hierarchy, micromanager, rude, can't say one sentence positive. CTO - Joke Leads - Politicians CEO - Doesn't even know how a IT company functions. Shouts, yells ... HR - Doesn't exist WFH - they don't know what it is!! Growth - Forget it Learning - every sprint same code repeats Average work span in tech - 8 months

...n sense of job security but not when your boss threatens to fire you, every day. Salary and payments are on time.

Dislikes

The HR and all kinds of escalations related to leadership is messed up. Randomly declares 6 days working, with no additional payments. Announces changes in variable pay and other terms mid tenure. 9hrs check in check out is mandatory. Work culture, quality of work and skill development is absent.

No proper working culture only meetings daily Senior persons don't know any thing they are from different backgrounds They don't know how markets are going and what is going on 100 percent travel only Everyday working under pressure situation

Not supportive and inexperienced Leadership 6 day work and 5 day advertising Change in salary and Reporting frequently Lot of Micromanagement zero understanding about Market and competition Google sheet managers

Nothing to like expect salary on time , third class management don't even think of joining this company.

Every thing company policy designed such a way that they dont want to take risk and they want unlimited business by taking zero risk
