Becouse HR head is Brahaman, my organisation HR executive Braham, Finance head Brahman, sales head Brahaman, plant Head Braham, even operation executive is full of Brahman if you don't believe visit the Palwal Haryana location you will see everything. Job security is highly terrible.

Here the system and culture is good. Respect for eachother is good. Work and life balance good. Most of the days office hours are regular.

Most of the administrative and Officials staff are on third party payroll. Employee feel like schedule cost employee of company and not give her 100% performance.
