Work life balance, Company promotion policy and salary.HR increases leave numbers so that you can spend some time with family, but same is not implemented properly resulting in less leaves being approved. Company needs to think on this.

Increment percentage is less & there should be minimum slab for salary. In same position & same role with same or even less experience, persons are getting different packages.

Work environment is good. Teammates are supportive. Salary is average & very equivalent to Government salaries.

Salary is not so decent. New appointment executives are paid better than existing ones of equal grades.

...n below GM (Asst. manager, manager, Senior Manager, AGM, DGM, GM, AVP, VP, SVP). If you want to join this company, always ask for a salary way above the industry avg. Process are a joke, nobody follows it.

Pretty much everything, especially the culture. There is an abundance of people who will do anything to avoid doing any work or taking responsibility. People here are only looking forward to their retirement.

Its always my dream to work for JINDAL.. Work Life Balance is there and you had great opportunities to improve here. We had won state 2nd in 2023 KAIZEN COMPETITION aswell. And many such highs were there here working for JSW
