Worst, Worst. No heirarchy followed on that place, worst working experience,old employee have less salary than new joining employee that is whole shift conversation just like "Vidhwa Vilaap" by them to new joining and collegues Down Politics to subordinate and nuclear depart monopoly Mediclaim and gratuity deducted from our CTC that is also a scam trapped by HR during negotiation. Avg Work Life balance!Poor CultureEven though 5.30 is the time to go! But people stay almost an hour extra Evey day to prove their Sincerity! Poor appraisal system! Unfair rating & judgement based on prejudice by the Management!
