Salary structure, monopoly is there your salary structure will be based on your previous organization pay scale, not by your interview.

...d always motivates employees to focus on process improvement through automation. In terms of support during Covid ,they allowed key resources to work from home and they have changes salary structure of employees which impacted their monthly take home Salary. REDUCTION IN SALARY HAS IMPACTED OUR COST OF LIVING .

Typical Indian culture . Health Insurance coverage is not good and not up to the mark as. Room rent Cap is very low , Employee cannot use Health insurance and admit in semi private room as the amount is very less and it can covers only General ward room rent expense in Tier 1 City. Work from home policy is not good. Company is Giving WHF but cutting salay in the name of WHF.

Dislikes

The shift working hours has disrupted the work life balance of employees. Management only cares about productivity and no discussions are held with respect to work, better management ideas or basically simple team dicuusions. Most of the things are hidden from the employees,they get to hear about important matters when almost all has been decided by the top management.

There is a lot to learn and to learn in the company. Salary is paid on time, the company provides good facilities to the workers. Etc.

Dislikes

Within 1 to 2 years, I have not seen any bad thing about the company.
