Here at my location , management has main focus on material management , safety , CSR activities ,good annual increment.

Dislikes

no focus on enhancing technical skills , Biased behaviour ( I.e. less salary, fascilities etc ) towards employees of other companies it is overtaking.

Timely Salary Company is expanding in renewable energy

Dislikes

Management only interested in quarterly and annual account data. Company is expanding but no hiring, excuses like no sitting space at corporate or hiring is stopped. Only people hired in project. Lack of proper appraisal system for finance team. If anyone give interview kindly bargain properly before joining, there is no relation between job profile and pay scale. Every day virtually you have to leave late.

Excellent Salary and benefits, Excellent Empowerment and recognition , Encourage the learning, Better Every day slogan encourage the employees to improve self, process and services. System and process are implemented very effectively ( SAP and other system implemented since long) . Top driven safety system and excellent implementation of safety system across the company as well as at Group level. Lots of projects in renewables are under implementation stage and excellent focus in renewables energy projects. Profit making company and you can say EXCELLENT to work.

Salary has less according to experience and present market condition

Salary is received on time on the last date of the month. 8 hours working time. Sundays are off.

1.It is very difficult for promotion, on an average, promotion takes place in 9 to 10 years. 2.Employees in grade L1 to L7 are graded local management. Here you get proper benefits only at the manager level, not below it.
