... career growth is slow. Learning opportunities are available but inaccessible. Salary structure is bad. Same employees got salary access as compare to their work, designation and qualification. Where same employees got very low grade salary whereas smarter, hard and save works.

Any how achived the target,ownership good but management was forced to achieve the target without has good sources. Work pressure is too high.

90% worker contractual,huge contractor this plant,कोई ब्यबस्ता नहीं भुगतान, ठेकेदार राज यहां, ठेकेदार पैसा लेते हैं कार्यकर्ता को घुसाते हैं, कोई प्रमाणपत्र जरूरी नहीं, सब मिले जुले हैं ऊपर से नीचे तक, केवल लाभदायक बाकी कार्यकर्ता को रोजगार दें कोई पूछता तक नहीं, जेएसडब्ल्यू बीपीएसएल से बी खराब है
