No worklife balace, no empathy for employees, forced to work on every saturday without any pay or com.off. not circulated holiday lists. Giving joining letter after 2months of joining, not only that, sending questionnaire, which they should ask during interview. Horrible company

...papers, they do not follow their own policies No job security No career growth No salary hike Management doesn't care about your issues Country head using company's money/resources for personal things like 2-3 employees for their political things (he is a politician), INR 10-12k for one-time food, etc And there are many more things.

Work culture and work life balance. V good company

Salary hike is less. During covid salary cuts were made with the promise that they would return when company is in profit. Company already in profit but no returns

Teammates are supportive , Interactive session is good which planned in every week. Working environment is benignant.

Salary is decent as startup but Career growth is slow according to experience and there is no increment in salary per year .

Minimum cultural events. Meetings are very frequent that impact regular work. Poor trainings and higher expectations by few managers.
