The thing I like about our firm is that in whatever work we do, no matter how big or small, it is done with full dedication and in depth.

Dislikes

During pressure times, we have to work 14-16 hours a day. Also there is no work life balance and also no on the job training due to which we seniors have to teach the freshers which at times is really a painful task.
