What to tell i need some additional pages to tell about this dealership. The worst showroom ever seen in my life, if anybody want join in this company plz leave ur Self-respect, commonsense, everything in home only, if u plan to join this company to earn then this is not the place, no1 is having basic Automobile knowledge in management level, every1 is controlling and working to save their position, I don't no which company have all power, implementing new prosses for sales, drivers work time, uniform approval, and very important sales team target and incentives slab and remaining all parameters everything is in Accounts department, if u against Accounts department then u have to count ur days in JSP, if u want to survive in JSP for very long time the only option is have to be bucket for Accounts department not for others including sales head, no proper incentives date they will give as their wish when they want to give they will give and how much they want to give they will , u shouldn't ask anythng we have to close everything and collect from them, if new HR joins they will change the company Sim Network and salary account suddenly, I don't no which bank is currently they changed HDFC, AXIS in just 8 months, u shouldn't ask anythng have to obey, their is no proper time for drivers they have to work for company duty and also top management personal work dropping their children's to school tuition pick and drop at Airport everything they have to do but 1 salary being an Company employee they can work continuously for office duty but why they have to do their home and personal works, If u want to work in sales department then plz be ready to bend and get trained to beg and touch every1 foots to follow and do the office work with prosses itself, if u work with prosses then also u have to beg every1 to do their work. Being and HR he doesn't know a single employee name in the office and he will not enter in main gate, plz plz be aware for JSP Accounts department.

It was a terrible experience the past 2 years… very pathetic management… all they know is to implement penalties for each and everything.

Though I was a part of the sales team, I was made to work on all the support too… for example we the sales team had to drive down new cars at our own risk.. no adequate support from the back end team absolutely no care or concern from the higher management!!! I would also like to add in that, we were deprived of our basic rites which is INCENTIVE!!! the company has NEVER in the past 2 year 3 months of my service has given the incentive on time and not even close to what is promised to be given ( an minimum of 30% deduction max 55% deduction)… the HR panel keeps changing half yearly and they have zero concern about the employees, the current HR team all they care is to fill the pockets off the employers by selecting freshers who know nothing about the field so they can outright CHEAT them!! There is no proper training given to the manpower, company lacks in so many aspects that words can’t describe. The company claims to be at a loss (even though Kia being a best seller ironically) and avoids giving a hike in salary!!! And HOLD on incentives!! Which is never happened in this field! And coming to the work timings, sales demands for over the clock service but this company is ridiculous make us work all 7 days and no additional allowances, and taking a comp. off is pretty useless as they keep calling you for every small thing!! I really wish I could rate 0 as that is how much I’m FED up with this atrocious company!
