Company is too careless with employees. Too many hidden company policies. Salary doesn't get credited on time. Company running HARD ROCK CAFE PUNE is too poor with employee management. No coordination with in their company.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-11 hourseManagers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

No job security. Too much responsibility and salary increment is below average. It is not as per the work you do. Work from home not available.
