Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

We started our own healthcare company. We specialise in Diabetes Reversal through lifestyle management. We opened 6 Diabetes reversal centers in Chandigarh and Mohali and has a target to take it to 50 in next 2 years working part time by training prospective healthcare professionals.

Dislikes

Lack of funds for technology, branding and expansion by way of our own customised Diabetes Reversal Centres is a major bottleneck. Therefore, project kept at low pace now.
