...ation less people are at the top position. They know only how to save their job. Don't want juniors growth in terms of salary in terms of position. From last 5 years no salary increment.

Before lock down i was doing my work very well my Compony was also given selary time to time but during the lock down No any type of support from my company JSK industries.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. I can't get my salary during lock down from may to October. I was working continue during lock down to till date. There is a very bad experience

Laid off many employees in the name of cost cutting in covid pandemic

Dislikes

They don't take care of employees problem apart from work....like there's no transport medium to ferry employees, No proper canteen available, you work extra hours and don't get paid, always concerned about cost cutting, salary is never given on time

My work role Jsk company as ware house manager office I will generated sales orders E way bill sales Text invoice purchase the material maintain msl report arrange the transportation arrange the manpower labour as well as handle 20 people every day so its challenging job for me
