Working timings are late, without any benefit and people stay over there just for to make the owners happy. If anyone has to go on time, then he has to take permissions, although duty time is over.

Company timing is terrible......You have to work for 10-11 hours without any benifit and having no choice There is not even any refreshment for staff member working over hours Heirachy not maintainted properly...higher management intentionally tortured who are not do buttering with them Appraisal are not as per HOD ...but as per higher managament interest Woman employees are forced to work more than 10 hours Wrong messages given to Directors and they faith blindly over wrong messages Job termination not as per rule but as per their willing without any notice

All the issues has good like work environment, salaries getting time to time, employees over all satisfied, work learning environment also good those are valuable in future .

Need to improvement in communication with staff in between work plat form etc.

I think this is good company for trainee you find too much freedom for learning no one stop you here everyone good person

Dislikes

No rule you can find a mould minimum 1 or 2 hours because mould are not put in home position Tolet are not clean Food is not well Table or fan not available on one machine
