JSIW is a good company which we can also call as training school for fresher .Site management is very supportive if you do the work with passion.Overall, you can make a good base for your career here.HR policies are fine as long as you don't resign

Dislikes

1. After resigning, suddenly the management starts treating you with a step-motherly attitude. That is why most of the employees leave the company without resigning so that their full and final payment remains 2. Engineer, Supervisor, Foreman, Helper, Driver all live together here there is no value of engineer, always you have to fight for your rights (i.e fooding & accomodation). Here only Gujju Bhai has value, even those who are his uncle & nephew. 3. There was a notice period of 3 months, I was also ready to follow, I resigned, they rejected and denied to give relieving letter. Due to which I could not accept the good offer from another MNC company. They made me like a bonded laborer.

I've been in finance for nine years and XYZ Company has always been an industry leader in innovation and community friendly standards. I've had a few friends and family members who either worked here or with the business and they've always raved about the atmosphere of professionalism. Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
