JSIW is a good company which we can also call as training school for fresher .Site management is very supportive if you do the work with passion.Overall, you can make a good base for your career here.HR policies are fine as long as you don't resign

Dislikes

1. After resigning, suddenly the management starts treating you with a step-motherly attitude. That is why most of the employees leave the company without resigning so that their full and final payment remains 2. Engineer, Supervisor, Foreman, Helper, Driver all live together here there is no value of engineer, always you have to fight for your rights (i.e fooding & accomodation). Here only Gujju Bhai has value, even those who are his uncle & nephew. 3. There was a notice period of 3 months, I was also ready to follow, I resigned, they rejected and denied to give relieving letter. Due to which I could not accept the good offer from another MNC company. They made me like a bonded laborer.

Growing company in oil and gas sector, they provide a good change to grow and learning, working for new freshers, joinee.

Dislikes

They should work for better management for staff, also provide good accommodation and all necessary services like as MNC Companies.

Well, first and foremost, I would say the company's overall reputation drew me in. I've been in finance for nine years and XYZ Company has always been an industry leader in innovation and community friendly standards. I've had a few friends and family members who either worked here or with the business and they've always raved about the atmosphere of professionalism. I look forward to being in a place that continually demands excellence while still allowing a healthy and positive work environment.
