Should not be given any likes. There were no comparability and differentiations in likes when dislikes were in majority. It's hell to stay and survive in the highly toxic work culture. It is a trap for the zero growth and deprivations of the market values of the talents. Talents were deliberately placed at the altered role and job description. HR functions were totally failed to hire the skilled workers. If I have to like something in the company, it is the number of test facility managers and senior leadership team to give you a feel for the democracy but that is also the worst part that it is the fake democracy and puppet shows of micromanagements, a complete dictatorship. The Senior management will frustrate you in spite of several projects tracking. SOPs, policies and GLPs were defined for the selective, biased and customized for SDs, leaders and auditors based on the fake face value and personal favors. The workers encountered the real time toxicity while performing the GLP toxicology study from the chemicals catalyzed by their leaders and this resonate from the effected mental health of the SDs.
